Wellness coaches effectively motivate and support behavior change through a structured partnership between the client and the coach. A coach is like a “personal trainer,” except the focus will be on your whole self. The coach helps the client develop and realize their optimal vision through inquiry, personal discovery, and accountability.

Wellness coaches are trained to help clients develop and implement personal wellness plans by:

  • accepting and meeting you where you are today.
  • introducing mindful thinking and doing work that builds confidence.
  • defining a higher purpose for wellness.
  • uncovering your natural desire to be well.
  • tapping into your innate desires and drives.
  • collaborating to address emotional and physical health together.
  • developing a personal wellness vision.
  • setting realistic and achievable goals
  • harnessing the strengths needed to overcome challenges
  • seeing challenges as opportunities to learn and grow
  • building a supportive environment for success

Coaches are practitioners and life-long students of coaching positive psychology, a field focused on the scientific study of happiness and wellness.

I am a certified coach, motivator, and knowledgeable accountability partner. I offer a free initial introduction in order for us to get to know one another and demonstrate to you how my experience can lead you towards achieving your goals and desires. Please take note that I am not a licensed therapist.

I provide you with a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together. My fees are not covered by health insurance plans. I do not bill your health insurance provider. If you have an FSA (flexible spending account) or HSA (health savings account), you may be able to use one of them to cover the fees.

My time is valuable, as is yours. I have busy office hours and see many clients each day of the week. Therefore, I have a limited amount of time per week to schedule consultations and sessions. If time is taken up with a reserved appointment and the client doesn’t show up or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, that time is lost for another client.

As long as you complete the appointment or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, there is no charge for the consultation or session(emergency situations are considered). A $25 dollar fee will be charged for late cancellations or no show.

Because of our commitment to providing personalized attention and support, we accept a limited number of clients each month. This ensures the highest quality coaching experience for everyone. To reserve your sessions we require a signed contract and payment for the number of sessions you choose.

At our wellness coaching business, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality coaching services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that may require a refund of payment for coaching services. Therefore, we offer a 100% refund policy that is designed to protect our clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Our 100% refund policy applies to all coaching services provided by our wellness coaching business. If you are not completely satisfied with our coaching services, we will gladly refund your payment in full. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of your initial coaching session. After the 14-day period, refunds will not be granted.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will review your request and process the refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the refund request.

Please note that our refund policy does not cover any costs associated with third-party products or services. Our coaching services are intended to guide and support you through this process. We are not responsible for clients’ transformation or results. As the client, you must follow through and do the work after every session. Additionally, if you have used more than 50% of your coaching sessions, you will not be eligible for a refund.

At our wellness coaching business, we are committed to providing you with the best possible coaching experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us, and we will do our best to make things right.

Purpose:

  • The purpose of this communication policy is to establish clear guidelines and expectations for communication between the wellness coaching business and its clients.

Communication Channels:

  • We encourage our clients to use the following channels to communicate with us:
    • Email: Clients can email us with any questions, concerns, or feedback.
    • Text: Clients can text us during business hours to speak with a wellness coach.
    • Zoom: All sessions are scheduled on Zoom.

Response Time:

  • We strive to respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours during business days. If a response will take longer, we will communicate an estimated time for a response.

Confidentiality:

  • We recognize the sensitive and private nature of our clients’ personal information and coaching sessions. Therefore, we will maintain the confidentiality of all client communications.

Professionalism:

  • We expect all communication between our wellness coaches and clients to be respectful, professional, and appropriate. We reserve the right to terminate coaching services for any client who does not adhere to this expectation.

Emergency Situations:

  • In the event of an emergency, we encourage clients to call 911 or their local emergency services. We are not equipped to provide emergency medical or mental health services.

Appointment Reminders:

  • We will send appointment reminders to clients via text. Clients are responsible for notifying us if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Communication with Third Parties:

  • We will not disclose any client information or communication to any third parties without the client’s permission.
